Stigmatized Portraits
Here the animals meet us eye to eye — crows, foxes, wild boars, wolves. Their portraits are rendered with precision, but across their faces I place stickers and labels, echoes of the fears, myths, and judgments that cling to them. The marks are playful yet unsettling, like graffiti over dignity. These images confront the gap between animal and stereotype, asking what happens when a gaze long burdened by prejudice looks back at us.
